We aim to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please review the details below regarding our fulfilment process:

Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days from the time they are placed.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification via phone or email.

Business Hours

  • Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM

  • Saturday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

  • We do not operate on Sundays or public holidays—orders placed during these times will be processed the next business day.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds.

  • If an order is cancelled, you may select replacement item(s) of the same value instead.

Exchanges

  • If your items are already in transit or have been delivered and you wish to exchange them, please refer to our [Exchange Policy] for further instructions.

  • Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days after being placed.

  • You will receive a notification via phone or email once your order has been shipped.
